### What is the format of the content?

Content takes the form of recorded videos, audio sessions, live zoom sessions (which are also recorded and cataloged, so you can review them at your convenience) and written recipes and articles. All video recordings include the options of closed captioning in English.

### I’m currently a Recipe Club subscriber. Can I switch to a Back to Forward Membership?

YES! Upgrading your subscription is easy! Simply log in, dive into your dashboard under “subscriptions” and uplevel. Your new membership price will prorate your upgrade.
