I hope it’s not a surprise that I love to cook just about anywhere, just about anything in person. In addition to developing recipes + content that feature my flavor-forward food, perfect for active lifestyles, one of the best parts of my work is popping up in person at special events to share my food – and good conversation about adventure + cuisine – with others.
I’ve worked in kitchens of all shapes in sizes; from catering to Michelin-starred kitchens, pushing an 18-foot food trailer to the QOM of the Tour of California, to popping up a make-shift kitchen in the middle of the Redwood Forest with celebrity chefs,I love the challenge of an un-expected kitchen, and love working with clients looking for delicious ways to connect over healthy food.
My clients range from private to corporate, with events ranging from weddings to retreats, large-scale brand activations and I’ve designed culinary experiences for global brands such as Skratch Labs, Rapha Racing, Backroads Active Travel, and more.
