Modern sports science loves to lead us to believe that our performance is equated with the fuel we put into our bodies.

But ancient wisdom in a modern context reminds us that what we put in our systems can only can fuel our excellence if we can digest it properly.

Our circuitous commercial food system, consumer packaged products, supplement culture and chronic disconnection from nature have made healthy digestive systems very hard to come by. Especially for athletes, whom require fuel that feeds poor digestion and digestive practices.
