Ready to take the leap into Ayurveda? The New Client Package is for you.

These first three consultations give us the opportunity to dive into your health history, discuss your life and sport goals, and to design lifestyle and dietary practices that support you where you’re at, while introducing you to the vast world of holistic wisdom through the Ayurvedic lens.

What’s included:

  • 3 Ayurvedic consultation sessions (details below)
  • 1 x 90-minute intake meeting to review your health history, and Ayurvedic dosha and to map out your health (and performance!) goals
  • A custom plan of Ayurvedic recommendations, tailored to your unique needs.
  • 1 x 60-minute session to follow up and fine-tune your plan. New strategies, resources and recommendations will be offered if suitable.
  • 1 x 30-minute follow-up ensures confidence and reinforces your new habits
  • Unlimited email support & check-ins between meetings
  • A 1-year subscription to the Recipe Library and all exclusive content.
  • The invitation to book single 60-90 minute sessions as desired with the completion of your package.

**All client sessions – both local and international – take place over Google Meet video conferencing and correspondence takes place over email.
