In this third course of the three-part series, we’ll learn how witness the fluctuations of the doshas, cycles and elements — in a modern way. And, we’ll fill the toolbox with tricks, tips and strategies for bringing the body back to balance when things fall out of line (as they do when you’re pushing yourself to the limit!)

In this course we’ll cover:

  • movement practices
  • breathwork practices
  • how to build a morning routine
  • travel strategies for staying balanced
  • tracking the doshas with biometrics (Oura, Whoop, Garmin etc.)

You’ll walk away with:

  • a menu of resources to balance your body, naturally
  • an understanding of the symptoms that signify imbalance, and how to recalibrate
  • an empowered understanding of how to use biological + biometric signs and symptoms to keep your balance
