I am often asked by clients about “how to keep balance through the holidays,” and if I can be honest, I sometimes forget what they mean. The foods and things we eat in our house don’t change *that* much as the festivities begin, at least not in principle. We still enjoy local, seasonal foods. We still eat them in a way that supports digestion, favors flavor and is abundant in joy.
