This three-part course series is all about learning to recognize the patterns of nature, to align with them, and then to dial in our fueling plans, nutrition strategy, cadence for rest, training and challenge, and to use the tools at our fingertips to know when we’re on the right track, and when we need to recalibrate to keep moving in the direction of our dreams.
NOTE: Part #1 and #2 of this series are designed as standalone courses that integrate together. Part #3 is only available to students whom have already participated in the prior two sessions, to ensure that this unique wisdom is taken in context.
Students are invited and encouraged to take all three sessions as an introduction to the paradigm shift that is incorporating ancient wisdom into modern, active lifestyles.
